Case Studies / Customer Testimonials

When undergoing a rebranding, College Hill expanded its target market to reach companies and businesses outside of the collegiate market. With that, the shift in customer base left holes in brand messaging and marketing strategy. With customers spanning areas from many types of industries and each CTA a little different per apparel or promotional product order, I decided to book mini photoshoots and interviews with top clients.

What resulted was not only great digital marketing content for the website but case studies to send to customers inquiring about our scope of work and an opportunity to really understand why our clients kept coming back to us.

My role: Marketing Director / Marketing Strategist - planned photoshoots, oversaw design, conducted in-person interviews, wrote case studies, and published content via the website.

Digital Lookbooks

This unicorn of a marketing piece came about from coloration with a graphic designer, Whitney Bell. She and I needed to come up with a budget-friendly style lookbook for College Hill. In previous years we’ve spent hundreds of dollars ordering garments, gathering models and photographers, not to mention tons of editing time to create similar creative pieces. Those were also works of art, but this digital piece landed a place in my heart for the client/company reaction when we released it.

Not only did we please our featured clients but customer inquires requesting promotional products or designs featured, piled in. It serves as a creative digital piece hosted on the company website, promoted through social as well as email campaigns, and a Pinterest piece that was repined and viewed hundreds of times within its first 2 months after publishing date.
